We assess training which is provided to ensure they fully understand their role
Staff will have access to a training course and assessment to test their knowledge of storage media and data sanitization. They will be categorized into three proficiency levels:
Data Sanitization Practitioner: Identifies storage media and understands data sanitization techniques.
Data Sanitization Expert: Understands logical sanitization and data recovery techniques.
Data Sanitization Guru: Has deep knowledge of global sanitization standards and vulnerabilities.

How are the tools configured, maintained and used?
Toolset configuration: Are the products configured and being used as per manufacturers’ guidelines?
Toolset certifications: Are the products being used holding appropriate certifications?
Maintenance and Management: Are the products being used maintained and appropriated, having their configuration regularly checked and their output verified?
