Staff will receive a training course, and will be assessed on their knowledge of storage media and data sanitization. They will be categorized into three proficiency levels:

Data Sanitization Practitioner: Identifies storage media and understands data sanitization techniques.

Data Sanitization Expert: Understands logical sanitization and data recovery techniques.

Data Sanitization Guru: Has deep knowledge of global sanitization standards and vulnerabilities.
